Ed Mishrell

Chief Strategy Officer

Ed Mishrell serves as Chief Strategy Officer. He is responsible for organizational strategy, strategic and operational planning, and outcome measurement systems. He previously served as Vice President of Training and Professional Development. In that position, Ed led the development of Boys & Girls Club Leadership University to provide training and professional development for Boys & Girls Club professionals as well as the creation of the Advanced Leadership Program for Club executives. Ed held a variety of positions at Crime Prevention Association, a Boys & Girls Club organization in Philadelphia, before joining the national organization in 1987.
