Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM), one of the world’s largest agricultural processors and food ingredient providers, has partnered with Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) to enable kids to achieve great futures. A supporter of Boys & Girls Clubs since 2009, ADM announced a $1 million commitment in support of BGCA’s Great Futures Campaign in 2014.

“ADM strives to make a positive difference in the communities where we live and work, and we understand that helping today’s youth make positive, healthy lifestyle choices is critical to strengthening our communities,” said Juan Luciano, ADM’s CEO and the chairman of the Midwest Region for BGCA’s Board of Governors. “We are pleased to contribute to the Great Futures Campaign to support academic success, character, citizenship and healthy lifestyles programming at Boys and Girls Clubs throughout the country.”

The donation was given through ADM Cares. ADM Cares is a social investment program that directs funds to initiatives and organizations that drive meaningful social, economic and environmental progress worldwide. The program comprises three distinct focus areas: supporting the responsible development of agriculture, improving the quality of life in ADM communities, and fostering employee giving and volunteer activities.
