Aaron's has partnered with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to support the Keystone Club program, BGCA's 50-year teen character and leadership development program. The Keystone program encourages teens to take action for themselves, for others and for their communities. It creates an opportunity for young people to make change through community service, academic success, career preparation and outreach to other teens. The program reaches tens of thousands of teens nationwide to develop their leadership skills for the greater good.

Aaron’s is committed to developing leadership among the nation's teen population to support and empower future generations. Through its partnership with BGCA, Aaron’s is helping to empower teens to "Own It" – by taking ownership of their life and choices to achieve their potential and build the life they deserve. Aaron’s hopes to inspire teens to "Own Their Future" through three principles:

  • Own Your Path: No matter where you come from, the future is yours to decide.
  • Own Your Decisions: Making good choices opens more doors for your future.
  • Own Your Community: Use your talents to make an impact in your community.

Aaron's has a long tradition of giving back to the communities it serves. Through its partnership with BGCA, Aaron's is having an even greater impact by creating a culture of empowerment and providing skill development for our nation’s future leaders to effect long-lasting change.
