In December of 2012, Fluor Corporation, through its foundation, began a three-year partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to serve our country’s military youth and youth professionals on military installations. Each year, Fluor will sponsor a Military Teen Summit which will include training on effective communication, resiliency, teen retention in military programs and honor a Military Youth of the Year at BGCA’s National Keystone Conference. Keystone is BGCA’s premier teen leadership program offering positive group experiences and providing opportunities to make leadership decisions, serve others and engage in academic and career experiences.

Fluor will also sponsor resiliency training offered to military Club staff to ensure their ability to support youth in developing skills that will develop strong, resilient and capable youth who are equipped to overcome hardship. This resiliency training will be offered at BGCA’s National Conference.
