Chicago -- March 12, 2013 -- Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel (second from left) addressed Boys & Girls Clubs of America's National Board of Governors at a dinner gathering in Chicago. While there, he met with fellow speaker and guest, Brandon Molina (center), the Youth of the Year for the Union League Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago. Accompanying Molina were Michael Sullivan (far left), the Club's board president, and Mary Ann Mahon-Huels (second from right), the Club's executive director. Also in attendance was BGCA Chairman Ronald J. Gidwitz (far right).
Brandon Molina, a member of the Union League Boys & Girls Clubs, is the newly selected Youth of the Year for the Chicago organization. A senior at Chicago Bulls Academy, Brandon is a varsity basketball and baseball player, class leader of his MCJROTC program, and college-bound later this year. He will represent the Chicago Club at the State Youth of the Year competition in April 2013.
