Great Futures Start Here

As reported in the April 2013 edition of Family Circle, little Alyssa Garvey was challenged by her grandmom Earlene Beko to give back to her community and to make her "investment" grow.

Alyssa, who has been going to Boys & Girls Club of Salem, Marion and Polk Counties, Oregon, since she was 4, wanted to help other kids who didn't have access to dental services. With her mother's supervision, she began to bake cupcakes and sell them to neighbors to raise money and to meet her grandmother's giving challenge.

Find out how this 10-year-old took $50 and turned it into more than $5,000, all to benefit her peers at the Boys & Girls Club of Salem, Marion and Polk Counties!  Learn more. >>
