Food Network’s Chef Robert Irvine journeys to Joplin, Mo., to help Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Missouri, still reeling over last year’s devastating tornado, get back on its feet by transforming the center into a space both kids and parents will love. And, true to the “Restaurant: Impossible” theme, Chef Robert -- in just five hours – is challenged with creating a thank-you dinner for 1,000 volunteers!   

If that doesn’t sound impossible enough, Robert discovers the Club’s kitchen has challenges and the food isn’t up to kid-standards. The stakes and emotions are high on this one and Robert calls in the help, including world-class chef Michael Chiarello, to get the job done.
