MetLife Foundation
MetLife Foundation is a
longtime supporter of Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Since 1986, the Foundation has sponsored BGCA's Honor Awards for Program Excellence. In addition, the Foundation has provided funding for
many Clubs located in public housing developments.
MetLife Foundation has committed $2 million to establish some
30 new learning centers at local Boys & Girls Clubs. Boys & Girls Clubs received matching one-year grants from the
MetLife Foundation Leverage for Learning Fund to modify Club facilities, purchase computer equipment and educational supplies. In addition, these pilot sites received training and technical assistance to implement BGCA's educational enhancement program, Project Learn. « BACK TO PARTNERS MAIN PAGE
