The National Fine Arts Exhibit begins at the local level, with Boys & Girls Club members creating works of art for display in local exhibits. One piece of art per age class and category is selected from each local exhibit for display and competition at the regional level. Selected artwork from each regional exhibit is then considered for inclusion in the National Fine Arts Exhibit, showcased at Boys & Girls Clubs of America's National Conference.

The National Fine Arts Exhibit Program provides members with artistic education, promotes the importance of creativity in every aspect of life and encourages skills and cultural enrichment.
