John Miller
Senior Vice President, Field Services, Boys & Girls Clubs of America

John Miller was named Senior Vice President of Field Services for Boys & Girls Clubs of America in December 2015. In this role, John provides leadership to four regional service teams, the Club Advancement Services Unit, the Conferences and Learning Events support team, the Club Liaison Services Support units, and BGCA’s Annual National Conference, and leads strategy development for the entire Field Services enterprise. John began his Boys & Girls Club career when as the Summer Camp Program Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo, Ohio, in 1988. John moved to Boys & Girls Clubs of America in 1996 as a Regional Service Director for the Midwest Region, where he was instrumental in developing statewide partnerships in West Virginia and Kentucky as well as establishing the Illinois Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs, the most successful Alliance in the country to date, with awards in excess of $35 million over seven years. John was appointed Senior Regional Service Director In 2002 and was named Regional Vice President/Midwest in October 2005.

John attended the University of Kentucky and holds a B.S. in management. He has also completed executive training at the Strom Thurmond Institute at Clemson University, Georgia Tech and Harvard University. John is a graduate of BGCA’s Management Program and Leadership 15, and is a member of the Academy of Boys & Girls Club Professionals. He has one daughter, Alexandra, and resides in Atlanta.
