Sue Trnka, Inspirational Mom & More

Meet Sue Trnka, a truly exceptional Boys & Girls Club leader and staff member. Sue has recently received a scholarship to the University of Phoenix and is a dedicated community leader. She has worked with local nonprofits to reduce crime, violence, and drug and alcohol abuse, and to implement prevention programs. In 2009, Sue became the resource development director for Boys & Girls Club of Detroit Lakes. In that role, she helps kids from her community thrive during the critical out-of-school hours. Sue also serves on many local boards, has completed four leadership academies and is a member of Detroit Lakes Rotary.

Boys & Girls Clubs serve nearly 4 million kids each year in more than 4,000 Clubs.
