The Jimmy John’s Foundation joined Boys & Girls Clubs of America as a National Partner for Workforce Readiness beginning in 2021. Partners like Jimmy John’s are critical to supporting BGCA in our mission to help youth reach their full potential. This partnership allows us to increase access to a variety of career exploration, skill building, and work experience opportunities for Club teens.
Empower the Next Generation to Dream Boldy and Thrive
Thanks to partners like Jimmy John’s, we are working hard to ensure that every Club member has the chance to earn workforce-ready credentials that will help them get their first job and remain a source of ingenuity throughout their careers. The partnership is focused on enabling future generations to enter the workforce equipped with the basic skills they need to succeed from the moment they step through the door of their first job. We are also creating opportunities for local Boys & Girls Clubs to partner with their local Jimmy John’s franchises to explore a variety of pathways into the workforce.
