Felicia Robinson is Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Chief Human Resource Officer. Based at the national headquarters in Atlanta, Robinson will lead the organization’s Human Resources Division with an overall focus on leading strategies for talent development, employee engagement, DEI and HR systems and operations for the national office.

Previously, Robinson served as the Chief People and Inclusion Officer at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. A champion of people, Felicia oversaw talent acquisition; talent management; total rewards; engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, HR operations and systems for an organization of more than 16,000 US employees. While at Bright Horizons, she also redefined the blueprint that enhanced the overall employee experience and reignited the culture at Bright Horizons.

Robinson has over 30 years of HR experience and has held HR leadership roles at Dollar Tree, Belk and The Coca-Cola Company. While at The Coca-Cola Company, she led the HR work stream for one of their largest mergers and acquisition transactions with their North American bottler, Coca-Cola Enterprises. Prior to The Coca-Cola Company, she was a consultant for fifteen years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Global HR Solutions group. Felicia is a results-driven and dynamic leader. In addition to deep business and HR acumen, she has a proven track record in talent development, succession planning, organizational design & effectiveness, total rewards, performance management, change management, engagement, and culture.

Robinson lives in Atlanta with her husband and is the proud mother of three adult children.
