Phyllis R. Austin

Phyllis Austin serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. She has more than 30 years of experience in the field. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President, Global Human Resource Management for Atlanta-based Crawford & Company, the world's largest independent provider of claims management solutions to the risk management and insurance industry. In her near decade with Crawford, Phyllis was responsible for all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, and benefit and compensation design and administration.

Previously, Phyllis served as Vice President of Human Resources for DS Waters of America LP in Atlanta. She also held a number of executive HR positions at Danone Waters of North America in Pasadena, California, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS.
