Employee Engagement
Our purpose is to inspire smiles one meaningful connection at a time. Serving the communities we live and work in is embedded into Cricket’s ethos. #CricketNation comes together for initiatives such as Back-to-School drives, creating snack packs for Club members, and holiday stocking stuffers.
College Readiness
College 101 panel discussions create meaningful connections between Cricket HBCU Campus Ambassadors and Boys & Girls Clubs teens in metro Atlanta. Club members learn about transitioning to college life, securing scholarships, and how they can leverage programs like Cricket’s Campus Ambassador Program to prepare for life after graduation. Many of Cricket’s Campus Ambassadors are former Boys & Girls Clubs kids, so it becomes a full circle moment when they can share how the organization fostered their development and drive to pay it forward.
Workforce Readiness
Club teen members connect with Cricket HQ employees, field marketing teams, and Authorized Retailers to learn firsthand about their career journeys. The corporate and in-store experiences are geared toward showcasing the skills necessary to be successful if they choose to start their professional journey at an organization like Cricket.
