Boys & Girls Clubs of America is proud to partner with The Hershey Company since 2018. As part of The Hershey Company’s enduring commitment to helping kids succeed, it launched The Heartwarming Project in 2018 with the goal of helping kids, teens, parents, and teachers build more meaningful connections and create a more inclusive and empathetic community. With support from The Heartwarming Project, BGCA is incorporating social emotional learning in to the daily curriculum at each of our 4,600 Clubs across the United States, training Club staff to engage in practices that foster development consistently and collecting data that will inform how we meet the social emotional development needs of our kids and teens going forward. Together, we’re helping our youth gain lifelong essential skills like team work, communication, empathy, and self-acceptance – setting them up for bright futures.


The Hershey Company is also a 2019 Bronze sponsor of National Keystone Conference, where Boys & Girls Clubs teens come together to discuss relevant issues, strengthen their leadership skills and explore college and career choices.  The company is also hosting the Makers of Good teen summit in June 2019, which brings together dozens of Boys & Girls Club teens and other teens across the country to advance youth-led social inclusion efforts in schools, clubs and communities across the U.S.
