HGV Serves
Since 2022, Boys & Girls Clubs of America has served as the national youth development partner for Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV). The company’s corporate responsibility program, HGV Serves, aligns HGV Team Members with volunteer opportunities that help local Boys & Girls Clubs equip young people to succeed in their communities across the company’s footprint.
Team Member Engagement
HGV has supported Boys & Girls Clubs nationwide through assorted services, including career days, homework assistance, Club revitalizations, meal distributions and more. The company encourages its Team Members to actively engage with local communities, fostering meaningful relationships with those they serve.
Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions
Beginning in 2023, HGV has hosted local Boys & Girls Clubs members, staff and their families at the Lake Nona Golf & Country Club for the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions Career Day. During this event, Club members gain insight into the behind-the-scenes operations that contribute to the success of HGV’s annual tournament. Young people engage with various professionals in industries such as meteorology, press, logistics, hospitality, sports leadership and celebrity Boys & Girls Club alumni.
M Power & Hilton Grand Vacations Partnership Pilot
HGV has partnered with Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida and Maurice Allen — motivational speaker, World Long Drive Champion and former Boys & Girls Club kid — to provide an inspiring program featuring lessons to help youth succeed on and off the golf course. The six-week educational series included Allen coaching youth participants on golf lessons with a focus on mental resilience, strategic thinking and overcoming challenges. This golf clinic is just one example of Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s partnership with HGV, highlighting our desire to provide unique experiences for Boys & Girls Club members countrywide.
