As the Gold Sponsor for the National Keystone Conference, Mattel employees participate in the College & Career Expo, where they interact with teens and inform them of possible career options at Mattel. They also provide their experiences to the youth that attend their sponsored session. This year they donated Uno decks for the participant Swag Bags!
