Since 2019, Papa Johns Foundation has been a committed partner of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, inspiring the next generation of young people to find their passion for leadership, community service, and entrepreneurship. Over the five-year partnership, Papa Johns has been a proud supporter of the National Keystone Project, Keystone National Conference, and Youth of the Year.
Building Better Communities
Papa Johns continues to partner with Boys & Girls Clubs in doing whatever it takes to support local Club communities through their Building Community Fund. This program encourages Papa Johns franchisees to make a difference in their communities by nominating local organizations to receive grants from the Papa Johns Foundation to advance programs and resources focused on youth leadership, entrepreneurship and food insecurity. Through this program, Papa Johns and its franchisees have awarded 81 grants and more than $650,000 to local Boys & Girls Clubs.
Building the Next Generation of Leaders
Papa Johns is proud to partner with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to nurture and inspire the next wave of innovators, leaders and entrepreneurs through our “Franchisee for a Day” experience. What ingredients make a good leader? This unique program offers teens from local Clubs an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the multifaceted world of business operations. Club teens spend the day gaining firsthand experiences of diverse career opportunities and develop essential workforce skills while shadowing dedicated Papa Johns franchisees and executives. Teens leave empowered to envision their future as potential business owners and community leaders.
