At Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), we believe every young person deserves to be healthy and thrive. Together, BGCA and Puma are working together to reach more youth and provide kids access and experience in sports and recreation at Clubs, while strengthening the foundation of local Clubs and improving health and wellness program quality.

Introducing Kids to the Joys of Physical Activity

Over the past three years, we've partnered with PUMA to bring world-class fitness classes to Boys & Girls Clubs across the country. Working closely with PUMA training and running ambassadors in key cities, we've organized fun and inclusive movement sessions that introduce kids to the joys of physical activity. Our goal is to instill a love of movement and its many benefits, from building strength and confidence to promoting healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

In 2021 alone, PUMA hosted a total of 15 fitness sessions across four Clubs, taught by 17 expert partners in disciplines ranging from Bootcamp and Pilates to Dance Cardio, Bodyweight Strength and Conditioning, and Yoga. These sessions have reached hundreds of kids, inspiring them to stay active and engaged with fitness.

But our partnership goes beyond just fitness classes. In 2021, PUMA launched its first cause marketing campaign to support the BGCA at its flagship store in New York City. Since then, the campaign has expanded to 127 stores across the country, with plans for more activations and partnerships in the coming year. As part of the campaign, we've created two cobranded t-shirts that will be available at participating stores throughout the year, with a special cobranded shoe launch planned for the end of 2023.

We're proud to be working with PUMA to promote fitness, healthy habits, and social responsibility through this exciting partnership. We can't wait to see what the future holds!
