Ross Stores

Over the lifetime of our partnership, Ross Stores and the Ross Stores Foundation – together with their generous customers and associates – have contributed more than $56 million in support of Boys & Girls Clubs.

Helping Local Kids Succeed

Ross Stores and the Ross Stores Foundation are longtime partners of Boys & Girls Clubs of America and national sponsors of Power Hour, our after-school homework help and learning program. This tutoring program targets members ages 6-18 with a goal to increase academic success to better prepare Club youth to enter the workforce and higher education institutions with the skills needed to compete globally.

Beginning February 7 through March 1, Ross will hold its 12th annual in-Store fundraiser, Help Local Kids Succeed, and invite customers to donate at checkout to support their local Club’s Power Hour program. Ross will match all donations, up to $500,000.

Thank you Ross Shoppers

Every year, Ross holds a fundraiser and invites customers to donate at checkout to support their local Club’s Power Hour program. Ross matches these donations, up to a total of $500,000.

Ross has also worked tirelessly to establish strong connections between its Stores and local Clubs to support kids in the community throughout the year. Ross has “adopted” 39 local Boys & Girls Club organizations, which include more than 100 local Clubhouses nationwide. In the adopted Clubs, the Ross Stores Foundation offers an annual scholarship program for high-achieving high school seniors to help cover education-related expenses for undergraduate studies at accredited two or four-year college or vocational technical schools. Additionally, the Ross Stores Foundation has a tradition of inviting local Clubs to be a part of Ross Dress for Less and dd’s DISCOUNTS grand opening events.
