As a part of the national partnership, Clubs across the country will have the opportunity to take a group of teens to their local T-Mobile store for a hands-on career experience/exposure event called Generation T.
Through the Generation T program, 5-10 teens from each Club will be invited into a T-Mobile store for approximately 90 minutes to see the latest in mobile technology, share a day in the life of the Un-carrier, and be inspired to think about their next steps toward career success. The program will also give them a window into what a day in the life of a T-Mobile sales team looks like, and build their confidence that they too can succeed in a real-world work environment. The hope is that they leave with the message that regardless of their background or socio-economic status, a career is within reach.
