Boys & Girls Clubs of America and The Home Depot Foundation are teaming up to empower young people through a national Life & Workforce Readiness initiative. By leveraging the strength of local Clubs and results-oriented programs, this collaboration aims to make a lasting impact on youth. As part of this effort, we are launching a Life & Workforce Readiness pilot with local Clubs centered around skilled trades programming. This initiative will provide enhanced career exploration and skill-building opportunities to better equip young people for future careers.
