“Boys & Girls Clubs are committed to meeting the needs of kids and teens in their communities at all times, and especially in moments of crisis.”

Clubs provide needed disaster relief to communities, but they need your help
As the nation begins to assess and repair the damage from Hurricane Harvey’s unprecedented rainfall and devastating floods, Boys & Girls Clubs in the path of Hurricane Irma are assessing the potential impact of the storm and preparing to respond to increased needs across the Southeast.
Meanwhile, Clubs affected by Harvey are working hard to rebuild and reopen their doors. We already know that an incredible number of Clubs were in the direct path of Harvey, including:
157 Clubs – five of which sustained severe damage and one a total loss
20,000 registered Club members
An estimated 45,000 total youth served
Yet, even while they’ve endured disaster, Clubs and staff are stepping up to meet the needs of the community, extending their hours to serve any kids and teens who need a safe place to go during the day.
Boys & Girls Clubs of America is dedicated to providing our local Clubs with resources, including volunteer service, supplies and financial contributions. Help support Clubs by giving to our hurricane relief fund, where 100% of the funds go directly to Clubs in the areas impacted by the storms.
