Khalia Collier’s passion for basketball began at age five, igniting her success in sports management and entrepreneurship. At age 23, she founded The St. Louis Surge, St. Louis’s first women’s professional basketball team, leading them to two national championships. Before joining the Dallas Mavericks leadership team, Khalia served as Vice President of Community Relations for the St. Louis CITY Soccer Club. She is a dedicated community advocate, actively involved in various boards, philanthropic efforts and women’s leadership advocacy.
