Douglas Hallan

Douglas brings more than 20 years of experience in IT leadership, driving transformative technology solutions across various business functions. In his role as CIO, he leads the Technology Services team, including engineering systems, tech operations, cybersecurity, MyClubHub, product management, data architecture and warehousing, and business intelligence.

Prior to joining Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Douglas was the Vice President of Corporate Systems at Safe-Guard Products, where he led critical teams including Finance, Claims, Rating IT, and the Data Warehouse group.

Earlier, he spent nearly 20 years at Ernst & Young in roles focused on internal IT systems supporting key business functions such as finance, human resources,
customer relationship management, and compliance.

He received his Bachelor of Arts, Politics, and International Relations from Fylde College, Lancaster University, Lancaster, UK.
