Kelly Reynolds
Kelly Reynolds brings more than 30 years of experience partnering with nonprofit leaders to drive organizational transformation. As Senior Vice President, Organizational Development, Kelly leads BGCA’s strategy for enterprise-wide change, fostering collaboration and alignment to help the Movement realize a shared vision and strengthen impact for kids.
Previously, Kelly served as a Regional Vice President for the Pacific and, before that, as Senior Executive for Metro Services and Vice President, Market Advancement. In those roles, she led strategic initiatives and developed business models to accelerate transformation—work that helped lay the foundation for BGCA’s future operating models nationwide. Earlier in her career, Kelly spent more than half her tenure raising critical funds in local Clubs across the Northeast and Pacific.
Beyond her work with BGCA, Kelly serves on a local school board as Chair of the Advancement Committee. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a certificate in Organizational Development. Kelly and her husband, Wendell, have two children, Christopher and Erin.
