Robert Half supports Boys & Girls Clubs, with a focus on creating leaders in the Club, providing workforce skills to youth in need and ultimately providing volunteerism in communities where Clubs align with their offices.
Creating 21st Century Leaders
Since 1997, Robert Half has proudly supported Boys & Girls Clubs of America through sponsorship of the Advanced Leadership Program, the annual California Youth of the Year Award, volunteerism and other programs focused on education and workforce development. In 2016, Robert Half partnered with six Clubhouses on workforce-readiness programs that address the skills young people need to successfully enter the workforce, including resume writing, interviewing techniques and networking.
In many areas, Robert Half teams also volunteer with local Clubs, in activities like renovating libraries, offering homework assistance and providing school supplies. In fact, the company’s North American holiday drive program started with a single event at the Union League Boys & Girls Club in Chicago in 2006. Since then, Robert Half has collected more than 100,000 toys, thousands of which benefit Boys & Girls Clubs.
