Robert Half supports Boys & Girls Clubs in building the workforce readiness of America’s youth.
Creating 21st-Century Leaders
Since 1997, Robert Half has proudly supported Boys & Girls Clubs of America in helping youth build great futures. In 2016, Robert Half partnered with six Clubhouses to pilot workforce readiness programs that address the skills young people need to successfully enter the workforce, including résumé writing, interviewing techniques and networking.
Building on those learnings, Robert Half has partnered to scale our workforce readiness programming to more youth. Together, we will build the capacity of local Clubs to help youth explore, develop and apply the skills they need to succeed in work and life.
In many areas, Robert Half teams also serve as hands-on volunteers in local Clubs. They may assist with activities like renovating libraries, offering homework assistance and hosting toy and school supply drives. In fact, the company’s North American holiday drive program started with a single event at the Union League Boys & Girls Club in Chicago in 2006.
