Before the gridiron, Dion Dawkins was a Club kid in New Jersey. There, he found structure, safety and friendship while playing sports after school. He also learned the importance of creating inclusive environments through Club staffer, Shawn. These values guided Dion into college football and a professional career with the Buffalo Bills. Through his foundation, Dion’s Dreamers, he supports youth in Buffalo’s underserved communities, earning four nominations for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award for his philanthropic efforts.
