Caesars Foundation’s Commitment to Bright Futures
Since 2022, Caesars Entertainment — through Caesars Foundation and the Caesars Makes Change customer donation campaign — has granted more than $2.4 million to support Boys & Girls Clubs of America. These investments have directly impacted the lives of over 452,000 youth through Project Learn, BGCA’s academic enrichment program.
Caesars HERO volunteers have also contributed over 500 hours of service nationwide, supporting career readiness programs, holiday celebrations, Club clean-up efforts, fundraising events and STEM activities.
Looking ahead, Caesars is deepening its commitment to volunteer engagement aligned with BGCA’s Life and Workforce Readiness initiatives. Together, we aim to inspire young people to explore future career opportunities — including pathways within the hospitality industry.
National Back To School Partner
Since 2024, Caesars has proudly served as a national Back-to-School partner for Boys & Girls Clubs of America, joining other corporate champions in support of the 7.7 million kids and teens who are alone and unsupervised after school.
Through this partnership, Caesars HERO volunteers have donated more than 300 backpacks filled with essential school supplies to Club Kids. Additionally, Caesars continues to mobilize HERO volunteers to partner with local Clubs, hosting community events that provide resources and encouragement that help kids and families start the school year strong.

In 2024, Caesars became a National Back-to-School partner and launched the Make Change sub-grant. This sub-grant focuses on supporting local Boys & Girls Clubs in or near communities of Caesars properties.
